Fire Retardants
Flame Stop Inc.™ , manufactures fire retardants for interior and exterior woods and all types of fabrics. Most customers use our products in office buildings, nursing homes, apartments, hotels, restaurants, theatres, schools, churches, homes and all other areas where fire retardants can save lives and property.
Our corporate headquarters are located in Texas, along with our primary production plant. However, for the export market, we also produce our products in Honolulu, HI. We work closely with architects and distributors alike to fulfill their fire safety requirements.
Flame Stop's™ products are pyrolytic formulations that prevent flames from spreading by developing a chemically self-extinguishing reaction. These products have been tested by United States Testing Company and Omega Point Labs in accordance with the various UL, ASTM, UBC & NFPA standards. We have also passed the 25.853 & 23.853 tests with the FAA agency.
Flame Stop™ products are popular to apply because they only require 1 application! We incorporate low pressure spray equipment in comparison with most fire retardants which require 2 or 3 applications with high pressure equipment.
